Client Integration Analyst - French Speaking
We are currently seeking a Client Integration Analyst to support one of our key clients, a leading financial institution. This is an early career opportunity, ideal for someone who has gained relevant experience through internships or similar roles and is looking to further develop their skills in client onboarding and integration.
Role Overview:
The Client Integration Analyst will be responsible for managing the onboarding process for new clients, with a particular focus on French-speaking clients. You will ensure the smooth integration of client accounts, working closely with both the client and internal teams to ensure a seamless process. This role requires a proactive individual who is comfortable in a fast-paced environment and has some hands-on experience in client integration or onboarding, even if through internships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the onboarding and integration process for n
- Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the integration process, ensuring their needs are met and addressing any concerns.
- Coordinate with various teams, including sales, operations, legal, and compliance, to ensure all processes are followed correctly.
- Oversee client documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining a focus on credit assessments.
- Identify areas for improvement within the integration process, proposing innovative solutions to enhance client experience and operational efficiency.
- Report regularly to senior management on the progress of cliet onboarding.
Key Requirements:
- Fluency in French is essential.
- Early career opportunity - some relevant experience in client integration, onboarding, or a related area is required, including hands-on internships.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
