We are seeking an experienced Tech Business Analyst (BA), ideally with a background in data migration and Azure-based projects, to join our client's dynamic team in the insurance sector. This London-based role requires in-office attendance three days per week at their EC1 location.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyse business and technical requirements for the data migration project.
• Support the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and resilient Azure-based migration solutions.
• Collaborate with technical teams, architects, and developers to ensure seamless data migration and integration.
• Define and document data migration strategies, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
• Assist in risk identification and mitigation strategies related to data migration and business process changes.
• Develop clear process flows, user stories, and functional specifications to support successful project execution.
• Ensure compliance with industry best practices and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.

What Are We Looking For?

You’ll demonstrate:

• Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst.
• Knowledge of Azure services, data migration strategies, and best practices.
• Experience working with data mapping, transformation, and integration processes.
• Understanding of data migration projects, preferably to Azure.
• Ability to translate complex business needs into technical requirements.
• Experience in financial services or similar regulated environments is desirable.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
