What you’ll do
You’ll support the operations of a major global bank, helping customers feel supported, understood, and well-served - whether you're resolving a query, guiding someone through a repayment plan, or improving the overall customer journey. Depending on your specific role, you might:
Chat to customers over telephone, chat, or email, about their accounts, products and services
Manage requests and complaints, escalating where needed for resolution
Contact customers to agree on repayment plans and resolve overdue accounts
Investigate and analyse customer feedback to improve service quality
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with internal processes
Collaborate with operations, risk and compliance teams to ensure smooth service
Contribute to internal improvement initiatives and support wider project teams
What we’re looking for
You don’t need experience in banking or customer service to apply. What matters most is your mindset and potential. We’re especially keen to hear from people who are:

Comfortable using digital tools and working with multiple systems
