Project Managers – Finance Transformation, Payments, and Institutional Retirement
Location: Hybrid (with occasional travel to Hove, London, and Cardiff)
Start Date: July - August 2025
Duration: 6–9 month assignment
Vantage Point is supporting a major programme of work across finance transformation, payments, and institutional retirement at a leading UK-based financial services provider.
We are looking to bring onboard experienced Project Managers to drive delivery across distinct workstreams:
- Finance Transformation
- Payments
- Institutional Retirement (modelling & finance change
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end project lifecycle, from planning through to execution and closure.
- Enforce governance structures and drive delivery using appropriate control mechanisms.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams, including external advisory partners and internal client stakeholders.
- Proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies across complex delivery environments.
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership.
- Coordinate across internal teams and third-party suppliers to ensure aligned delivery against a shared roadmap.
Your Profile:
- Proven track record of managing large-scale finance and/or operational change programmes.
- Demonstrable experience working across matrixed teams, ideally including Big Four consultancies and financial services clients.
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity, driving consensus, and ensuring accountability.
- Ideally some exposure to payments, finance modelling, or institutional retirement (depending on the role focus).
Working Arrangements:
These are hybrid roles, with occasional travel (1–2x per month) to client sites in Hove, London, and Cardiff. Start dates are staggered throughout July and mid-August 2025.
