Change Analyst / PMO – Elevate Programme (18 months) – Farnborough UK

Overview
Vantage Point is hiring a Change Analyst and a PMO Analyst to join our Elevate Programme with a leading defence consultancy. The programme runs for 18 months, after which you will have the opportunity to convert to a permanent role with the client.
This is an excellent opportunity for ambitious individuals at the start of their careers to work on a major Oracle Cloud ERP transformation. You will be part of a high-performing consulting team, surrounded by experienced professionals to learn from, and given responsibility from day one.
About the Elevate Programme
Our Elevate Programme is designed to launch careers in consulting. You will receive structured paid-for training, mentoring, and hands-on client experience. We focus on professional development, with support to grow your technical expertise, business acumen, and communication skills.
The Roles
1. Change Analyst
As a Change Analyst, you will help drive the adoption of new systems and processes using recognised change methodologies such as Prosci and the ADKAR model. You will create clear communications and content, support stakeholder engagement, and work closely with project teams to ensure successful change outcomes.
Key requirements:
- Strong communication skills, confident in-person and in writing
- Ability to produce clear, concise content for diverse audiences
- Self-starter with ambition to grow in a consulting environment
- Interest in organisational change and transformation
2. PMO Analyst
As a PMO Analyst, you will support planning, scheduling, and programme discipline across the ERP project. You will use tools such as MS Project, maintain governance processes, and support programme reporting. You will work closely with the PMO Manager, gaining hands-on experience in best practice project management.
Key requirements:
- Highly organised, with strong attention to detail
- Calm under pressure and able to manage competing priorities
- Interest in programme governance and project management methods
- Strong MS Office skills, including MS Project
What We’re Looking For
- Recent graduates or early career professionals (0–2 years’ experience)
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
- A desire to build a career in consulting and change and programme management
- Flexibility to be on-site in Farnborough two days per week
