Remediation Analyst – Elevate Programme - 18 months - London hybrid - starting November 2025
Vantage Point is a leading consultancy specialising in people-led change. Through our Elevate Programme, we recruit, train, and deploy talented individuals into financial services roles, providing structured career pathways and ongoing development.
We are now hiring Remediation Analysts to join a motor finance mis-selling project with one of our key clients. The programme is 18 months in duration, with the opportunity to convert into a permanent role with the client at the end.
The Role
As a Remediation Analyst, you will play a key role in reviewing cases linked to motor finance agreements, ensuring fair outcomes for customers and compliance with regulatory standards. You will work as part of a dedicated remediation team, investigating customer files, applying agreed policies, and documenting clear outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Review motor finance cases to assess potential mis-selling
- Apply client policies and regulatory requirements consistently
- Record clear, accurate, and well-structured case notes and decisions
- Manage case throughput to agreed service levels and deadlines
- Escalate complex or exceptional cases as required
- Contribute to a collaborative team environment and continuous improvement
What We’re Looking For
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in written work
- Ability to work to targets and deadlines in a structured environment
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Previous experience in remediation, complaints handling, or regulated financial services is desirable, but not essential
