Remediation Complaints Handlers – Elevate Programme - 18 months - Fully remote - starting January 2026

We are hiring Remediation Complaints Handlers to join a motor finance mis-selling project with one of our key clients. The programme is 18 months long, with the opportunity to convert to a permanent role with the client or us at the end.
The Role
As a Remediation Analyst, you will play a key role in reviewing cases linked to motor finance agreements, ensuring fair outcomes for customers and compliance with regulatory standards. You will work as part of a dedicated remediation team, investigating customer files, applying agreed policies, and documenting clear outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Review motor finance cases to assess potential mis-selling
- Communicate with customers through letters, email and telephone.
- Treat customers fairly and meet FCA redress guidelines
- Apply policies and regulatory requirements consistently
- Record clear, accurate, and well-structured case notes and decisions
- Manage case throughput to agreed service levels and deadlines
- Identify trends and escalate concerns to team leaders or managers
- Support colleagues and contribute to smooth team operations
- Produce management information when required
- Contribute to a collaborative team environment and continuous improvement
What We’re Looking For
- Experience of learning and applying processes with accuracy
- Ability to manage repetitive tasks and deliver a high volume of cases per day
- Workload management skills and confidence to escalate items when required
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in written work
- Ability to work to targets and deadlines in a structured environment
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Previous experience in remediation, complaints handling, or regulated financial services is desirable, but not essential
