A Typical Day
Attend a team huddle and confirm priorities.
Pick up new cases and progress existing cases in Case Manager.
Review documentation, identify gaps, and request what you need from stakeholders.
Recognise urgency when you spot issues or concerns. Escalate when required.
Update stakeholders on what you completed and what remains outstanding.
Capture learning and suggest improvements to the team.
