Experienced KYC consultant (4 month contract) - London

About the Role
Our client, a leading global financial institution, is seeking a KYC Consultant to join their team on a short-term assignment. This role will provide essential support to the KYC function.
The successful candidate will have prior experience within KYC, strong analytical skills, and the ability to deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines. Full training will be provided on internal systems and processes, including Fenergo.
This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional looking to gain further experience in a fast-paced financial services environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct research and analysis of client information to support the completion of KYC reviews.
- Perform screening for adverse news, Politically Exposed Persons (PEPs), and sanctions, ensuring results are reviewed and escalated where appropriate.
- Collate and upload documentation to Fenergo (training provided).
- Ensure all work meets internal quality and regulatory standards.
- Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to resolve queries and progress cases efficiently.
- Manage workload effectively to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in KYC(financial services background preferred).
- Strong analytical and research skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships quickly.
- Organised, self-motivated, and able to manage competing priorities effectively.
- Experience using Fenergo is advantageous, though training will be provided.
