Customer Service Representative - Banking - Fully remote
Locations: Remote after initial in-site training (Knutsford).
Overview
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for clients, delivering exceptional service across multiple channels (phone, email, chat). You will handle standard and moderately complex inquiries, ensuring timely resolution and compliance with banking regulations. This role supports Automation and Digitisation initiatives and requires strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
· Respond to customer inquiries regarding accounts, transactions, and payments.
· Provide accurate and timely resolutions for standard and moderately complex cases.
· Deliver personalised service while adhering to compliance and operational standards.
· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer care processes.
· Identify and escalate issues or risks promptly.
· Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.

Qualifications and experience
· Essential: Previous experience in customer service or similar role.
