Duration: 6 months (initial)

Start date: Feb 2026
Overview
Our client, a leading global financial services institution, is delivering a major transformation of its Wholesale Lending operations and systems. We are seeking Associates (2–5 years) and Senior Associates (5–10 years) who bring practical experience using Loan IQ and/or ACBS and can apply that knowledge in a project, change, and transformation environment.
This role is ideal for individuals stepping out of day‑to‑day loan operations into consulting, transformation, or project delivery work.
Key Responsibilities
Loan System Knowledge Applied in a Transformation Environment
Use hands‑on understanding of Loan IQ and/or ACBS to support system migration, platform change and data remediation programmes.
Interpret how existing operational processes map into the target platform and highlight differences, risks and required adjustments.
Provide subject‑matter insights on transaction flows, system behaviour, reference data structures and end‑to‑end loan lifecycle logic.
Identify data quality issues and operational risks during migration, supporting the development of remediation plans.
Support functional and data mapping between current and target systems, ensuring the technical teams correctly understand business rules.
Change & Transformation Delivery
Participate in change impact assessments, future‑state process design and operating model re‑engineering for lending operations.
Support planning and execution of system migrations, including data validation, reconciliation and cutover readiness.
Assist with defining requirements, documenting process gaps, and creating business documentation for system changes.
Work closely with client teams to understand pain points and translate operational experience into practical recommendations.
Testing & Quality Assurance
Support SIT and UAT cycles by validating functionality, workflows and data behaviour in Loan IQ/ACBS environments.
Create and execute test scenarios based on real operational knowledge.
Log, track, and help resolve defects, ensuring system build aligns with business needs.
Stakeholder & Client Engagement
Work with client SMEs, technology teams and PwC project managers to ensure clarity of requirements and project deliverables.
Communicate findings, risks, issues and dependencies clearly and professionally.
Present updates, analysis and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders.
Analysis & Reporting
Use strong Excel and analytical skills to support data analysis, gap assessments, reconciliation logic and MI/reporting.
Analyse large datasets to identify mismatches or migration defects and provide insights to solution design teams.
Skills and Experience
Associate (2–5 years)
2–5 years of experience using Loan IQ and/or ACBS in an operational setting and able to apply this knowledge in a project environment.
Understanding of how lending operations and lifecycle events work within the system.
Interest in developing skills in transformation, migration and system change delivery.
Strong communication and documentation abilities.
Good Excel and data analysis capability (pivots, lookups, logic checks).
Ability to work with project teams to translate operational insights into requirements or testing scenarios.
Senior Associate (5–10 years)
5–10 years of deep subject‑matter expertise in Loan IQ and/or ACBS, ideally across complex or syndicated lending.
Experience contributing to or supporting change programmes, system migrations, upgrades, or remediation projects.
Ability to engage confidently with client SMEs and support the project manager/lead with planning and issue resolution.
Strong analytical skills including ability to interpret large data sets and break down complex problems.
Ability to guide junior team members and provide system‑based perspectives during design, mapping, and testing.
Excellent communication skills and the capability to present structured recommendations.
