Working closely with finance, IT, vendors, and service providers, you will help ensure cost accuracy, service quality, and compliance with internal controls and policies. The role also involves supporting optimisation initiatives, improving visibility of telecoms spend and usage, and maintaining accurate reporting to support operational and financial decision-making within a large, complex environment.

Configure catalogues, rate plans, contracts, and usage policies; run exception and anomaly reports.
Work with carriers and the TEM provider on data quality, integrations, and enhancements.
Financial Control & Optimisation
Validate and reconcile monthly telecom invoices against POs and contracts.
Prepare accruals, reclasses, and departmental chargebacks; work with Finance/AP.
Drive cost savings through optimisation, right-sizing, pooling, and service rationalisation.
User Support & Onboarding
Manage user lifecycle: provisioning, SIM swaps, device assignment, communications, and offboarding.
Handle service desk requests and incidents, meeting SLA targets.
Produce clear user guides and knowledge base content.
Compliance, Risk & Governance
Ensure compliance with GDPR, SOX, infosec, and procurement policies.
Maintain audit trails, role‑based access, and evidence for audits.
Align processes with ITIL and maintain required voice/data recording licences.
Reporting & Insights
Deliver monthly spend, usage, and inventory reporting for finance, IT, and business stakeholders.
Publish dashboards covering budget, usage, roaming, inventory health, and optimisation progress.
Provide quarterly executive summaries on savings, risks, and transformation activity.
