Vantage Point Global is supporting a major transformation programme within the media sector, focused on the evolution of a large media organisation as part of a wider data‑driven transformation. We are seeking an experienced Business Architect with Product Lead responsibilities to shape end‑to‑end business capability and ensure the solution delivers the intended business outcomes.

This role sits within a complex transformation programme and carries accountability for the target business architecture, operating model alignment and overall product direction. The Business Architect & Product Lead will act as the business design authority, ensuring coherence across processes, technology and data, while balancing scope, priorities and value delivery.

We are particularly interested in individuals who can operate at a strategic and delivery level, work closely with architecture and engineering teams, and provide clear decision‑making authority across business design, requirements and testing in a fast‑paced transformation environment.

What you will be doing

• Act as the functional and business design authority, providing sign‑off on business requirements, functional specifications and process changes

• Design and maintain coherent end‑to‑end business processes aligned to the operating model and solution architecture

• Ensure alignment between business objectives, process design, technology solutions and data architecture

• Provide business ownership and approval of test coverage, working with test teams to validate test cases and outcomes

• Own and define the target business architecture, ensuring a clear end‑to‑end view of capability and process design

• Make informed decisions on scope, priorities and trade‑offs to optimise business value delivery

• Partner closely with technical and data architects to ensure integrated and scalable solution design

• Support benefits realisation activities, including value definition, tracking and outcome measurement

• Contribute to back‑office technology selection, ensuring alignment with business capability and long‑term strategy

• Operate within programme governance structures, supporting mobilisation and ongoing delivery

What we are looking for

• Strong experience in a Business Architect, Product Lead or similar senior business design role on complex transformation programmes

• Proven ability to define and own target business architectures and end‑to‑end process models

• Experience aligning operating models, business processes and solution designs

• Demonstrated authority in approving business requirements, functional design and process impacts

• Experience acting as a senior decision‑maker on scope, priorities and delivery trade‑offs

• Strong collaboration skills across business, technology and data architecture teams

• Experience supporting benefits realisation and value‑focused delivery

• Ability to operate effectively in complex, multi‑workstream environments with evolving priorities

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills at senior levels

• Experience contributing to digital, data or platform‑led transformation initiatives

• UK‑based and able to travel onsite 1 to 2 days per week

• Exposure to Data transformation programmes

Nice to haves

• Background in media, rights management or related creative industries

• Experience supporting technology selection and vendor evaluation

• Experience working in consultancy‑led or multi‑supplier delivery environments
